Yousef Faisal Al Qatami

Mr. Yousef Al Qatami is an accomplished finance and business management professional with over 15 years of commercial experience, specializing in capital markets with a particular focus on clearing and settlement.

Yousef has developed deep expertise through key roles at Al Imtiaz Investment Company in Bahrain and Qatar, as well as at Kuwait Clearing Company. Previously, the Head of Clearing and Settlement at Kuwait Clearing Company, where he was responsible for driving continuous improvements and operational enhancements in settlement and clearing processes.

Yousef sits on the boards of both Kuwait Clearing Company and the Kuwaiti Digital Computer Company, contributing strategic oversight and industry insight.

Yousef Al Qatami holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Portland State University, Oregon, USA. He is committed to ongoing professional development, having completed courses from the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) and the ICMA Centre at the University of Reading.
