Talal Sultan Al Shehab

Mr. Talal Al Shehab is a seasoned finance and business management professional with over 29 years of commercial experience. His expertise spans investment management, corporate and investment banking, structured finance, and client investment strategies. 

Talal Al Shehab has developed strong leadership skills through key roles at various financial institutions and investment firms, including his current position as CEO of Al Masar Leasing and Investment. In this role, he excels at developing both long- and short-term strategies, navigating complex business environments, managing deal flow and execution, identifying investment opportunities in small and medium enterprises, and driving financial performance.

He has served, and continues to serve, on the boards of multiple companies across diverse sectors within and outside Kuwait in both listed and unlisted companies, acting as either an independent board member or in executive capacities.  Talal has been on the boards of Noor Financial Investment Company, Amar Finance & Leasing Company , Meezan Bank (Pakistan), Injazzat Real Estate Development Company, Kuwait Hotels Company, Al Qurain Educational Company and Priority Automobile Company.

Talal Al Shehab holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Kuwait University and continues to enhance his practical skills through ongoing professional courses, making him a well-rounded finance professional with deep expertise in finance and investment management.
